Interesting product but very bad resource management. No Hike according to performance. The management team in Bangalore lack basic ethics. improper hygiene the toilets always stinks and work area is always dirty. expected to work on holidays and weekends due to improper planning. expected to lick ass to get your work done. people are treated like labors. when any one complains about any thing they would be targets and will be treated badly. upon quieting the PF settlements form aren't given they make run between so many people to just get the form, the PF form submission itself would take this people one or two months.
