Pros

Great entry level job for young people attempting to work in education.

Cons

A totalitarian dictatorship. Management team uses intimidation, fear mongering and direct threats towards staff members in order to get things done. Issues are never resolved. Instead, the CEO and his management team attempt to belittle staff by dismissing their efforts, or threatening with demotion or termination. He once told an employee that she could not speak unless he gave her permission. The CEO is extremely arrogant, pompous and rude and cares more of himself and money, than fostering healthy relationships with staff, students and parents. Turns every conversation into how "great" he is and how he "runs a multi-million dollar organization". Staff not adequately trained. Multiple incidents of scholars being left unattended or sent away in a corner. Children had multiple "potty" accidents because they weren't taken to the restroom. Spent multiple days of "training" watching past video productions from other sites. Some staff hired based because of personal relationships versus actual skills or qualifications. Never received actual paycheck or direct deposit check stub . Paid through mobile banking apps on a cell phone. CEO and management extremely critical of staff and students when presentations aren't "up to his standards". Presentations are extremely difficult when adequate supplies aren't available, students are picked up early or absent and when technology isn't readily available. Very tension filled and stressful 3 hours of the day.
