Ownership is inexperienced and Management is unprofessional, resulting in an overall amateurish workplace. There is no clear leadership or communication. There is no internal organization or support, which makes it very stressful for all employees. There is no HR department, which results in offensive and inappropriate behavior. The benefits and perks are way below average, which results in low staff morale and a negative work culture. At times, the working conditions and expectations are unfair and unrealistic.
