Pros

Nothing. There are only handful of good people exists there now, even they will be gone soon.

Cons

1) Unprofessional and Unethical practices by CEO with focus only on making money for themselves. 2) One man show with all others around being 'YES MAN' and if anyone challenges, CEO's ego is hurt and is thrown out without any reason 3) Does not treat Employees fairly and as Human. Use them today, Throw them out tomorrow. HR changes policies without informing to whims & fancies of CEO. Too much favoritism at play for folks who just follows CEOs orders without questioning. 4) Arrogant and Ignorant CEO who thinks everything can be done like fast food. An interim CTO who lies and promises everything can be done and does nothing other than bossing people around and threatening them their jobs 5) Outdated Technology and heavy mis-use of licenses across the board. Cheating vendors and big companies by flying under the radar. Suppresses information and any whistle blowers are discouraged and even sent out. 6) Incompetent tech. team, heavily political with few tech/project managers focus job is to please interim CTO and treat others very poor by yelling & threatening them 7) No independent thinking or empowerment to teams with the whole company driven by Firstcry folks, who should technically & legally have no business in this company. Investors should be worried. 8) Cheating & Lies are part of business & culture. Will be offered one thing and when compensation arrives it will be totally different. No mechanism for redressal. If anyone raises this, they will be sidelined, silenced and sent out. 9) Too much attrition going on across the board with employees demotivated and no company culture. Everyone is too focused on saving their jobs and backstabbing their colleagues. 10) HR policies are non-existent or only in paper. No one has a say in their own function and just have to follow orders. Everything is driven by one man and couple of people from Firstcry who feeds all wrong information and thinking themselves as boss.

Pros

Company pays you well, if you are the right candidate. You will get it If you know how to sell yourself. Company location is very close by which saves your time and effort. There is no documents verification process or background check process here. Company believes on whenever you show it to them.

Cons

Management is not at all supportive. Anyone can create their own WhatsApp group by adding senior members to it, so that they can talk behind others. Seniors always pull you down and try to show you who's the boss here. There are lot of dependencies on few people and they are exploiting and using that for their own good. If you send a mail directly to the top management, people will circulate that mail's screenshot all over their own WhatsApp group. If you secretly share information about your colleagues to top management then you can have a good rapport among higher management. Their policy keeps on changing almost every month, now it is 3 months of NP, there is no probation period. You will be permanent from the day you join and if want to leave the organization you have to serve 3 months or you can buyout. They have their own buyout policy, you have to give them your In hand salary not just the basic. All Saturday's are working as per new policy without any extra pay, timings will be 8am-9pm. They are not considering us humans. There are many more. Please think about it before you join. Its a trap for you.

There is nothing good about this low quality organization

1. If you find many good reviews above this review then be CAREFUL. Management must have asked there shoe licking employees to put FAKE good reviews, so that this review will go down and nobody will read this. 2.They hire people from reputed organizations and expect them to work in UNORGANIZED, CHAOTIC and MESSY way. And if you try to improve then they will declare you INEFFICIENT ! and they will FIRE you. Before firing they wont even think of talking to you even once! 3.For name sake they follow agile , story cards are completely empty. No Definition of Done, requirements, acceptance criteria are mentioned in card, but when you ask your scrum master/manager/product owner, then you are considered to be troubling them. They will think that you can not work independently. 4. Pathetic manager level politics. Being a tech person, he or she will not involve you in single meeting or call for requirements and then expect miracle from you by telling single sentence of requirement. 5. When manager feels that he/she is in trouble, then they will blame it on tech team and you will loose your job. 6. Office infra is pathetic. Looks like government offices of 1990s. You won't find chairs to sit. They don't even use authenticated windows on laptop. Canteen is unhygienic. Office can not even offer tea or coffee. You have to pay for everything. 7. In office IT and non IT guys sit together and you will definitely listen non IT employees shouting, using abusive words. 8.And be careful from their false hiring, they will hire you to increase the head count and when they find that project is not going in desired way, they will fire you. So be aware, if you are getting hired even if you are from non java background then you will be fired in future. 9.Earlier they used to cover parents in mediclaim policy but now they don't. Reason is that, they think most employees are using mediclaims for their parents, so they can't afford such high ratio of claims.
