Pros
Close-knit team. Xterra walks the walk when it comes to the feel-good, "we're a family", kumbaya stuff that other companies pay lip-service to. Ideas are welcomed from every team member, at every level of the org. You're encouraged to try and fail, and granted (company) time to work on your ideas. You're even financially incentivized to do so. Company culture is open, even a little irreverent sometimes. If you enjoy smiling with your coworkers and occasionally openly roasting your good-natured manager, you will like your team.
Cons
You'll stay busy. Xterra is a small team that's fighting to maintain a steady pace of growth, while keeping their product excellent. That means that slow days are few and far between.
