      Fully remote No micromanaging Supportive against client complaints Ability to work on a wide range of projects Decent benefits for a smaller company

      Cons

      Willing to keep people on for a long time even if they are not pulling their weight Can be toxic because unwillingness to correct toxic people’s behaviors Because of the layoffs, employees have been given more work and expected to learn things outside their job description without any compensation
