Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really pleased to hear your positive comments about the people, products and the support within the factory, as well as the open and honest communication from management. It's encouraging to know that recent changes are creating opportunities and helping to strengthen performance across the business. We also appreciate your constructive feedback on development plans. Supporting people to grow and ensuring development actions are delivered is important to us, and is directly linked to our PDRs as I'm sure you are already aware. We would encourage you to escalate any specific development actions to your manager and P&C to ensure we can support your development. Thank you again for your honest review and for being part of our ongoing journey!

Pros

-The people: I’ve met and worked with some amazing people at this company that made day to day life much less of a chore. -The technology: It’s amazing having the opportunity to work hands on with top level motorsport products. -The pay: Well paid compared to competitors in the industry.

Cons

-Lack of development: Holy mother of pigeonholing. An attitude of “Yearn to learn” is banally promoted by the company, unfortunately they fail to teach. Even when literally begging for opportunities to learn, up-skill, and advance, you end up getting strung along and having your time wasted. -Work flow: Constant and frustrating lack of work at the start of the month, which leads to a very heavily loaded end of month rush where overtime is expected and completely unnecessary stress is added. -Blame culture: Where issues arise, people seem more interested in finding someone to blame and absolving themselves, rather than focusing on a solution.
