Always late with your pay. Unpredictable all the time. And, they expect you to take up expenses on behalf of the company on yourself : like phone calls for business, food during travel, etc. The CEO lies through his teeth. All the time. Doles out empty promises that were never meant to be kept. If things don't go according to plan, you are to blame. Even if you objected to the plan and explained its lack of feasibility in the first place, you are to blame. And they will find a way to punish you and yes, your pay is going to get cut. They are always looking for the first excuse to cut your pay. No values towards the customer as well. Always looking for an opportunity to cheat the customer or passing off a donkey for a thoroughbred. And, regardless of whether you were a top performer or not, if you decide to leave them - you have sinned and need to be punished. Reference calls are handled in a highly unprofessional manner. They will find all sorts of fictional grievances to screw up your career. The attitude seems to be like: we are going to drown and so we will take everyone we can find, down with us. Unprofessional and conniving to the core.
