We understand your concerns about the work environment and the importance of productivity, communication and performance reviews. At Xybix Systems, we strive to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. We currently have a formal performance review process in place and regularly assess employee performance through ongoing feedback and discussions. This allows us to provide support and guidance to our team members effectively. We understand the importance of having clear guidelines and policies for our employees and have developed a comprehensive handbook available to all employees on the Paylocity Self Service portal. Updates are also communicated companywide under the Paylocity Community tab. We value the dedication and hard work of our employees and are proud of the many examples of outstanding teamwork and initiative we see every day. We recognize there may be employees who may need some improvement in their job performance, but we are committed to building a cohesive and hardworking team. We value input from our employees and are actively exploring ways to enhance our performance management practices.
