Pros

If you're still employed at Xylem, then I guess at least you still have a job. This is the only good thing I can think of at the moment.

Cons

- Very high staff turnover. - Unrealistic goals and expectations ("180M by 2018"...wishful thinking) and lacks long-term goals. - Lack in-house expertise due to high turnover, with many experienced people leaving the company. - Confusing corporate identity or lack of. - Lots of people who seem to do nothing to contribute being shuffled around from one position to the next over the years, while hard-working employees having to constantly justify their existence. - Very unprofessional practice when it comes to implementing redundancies. - Lack of any career development & opportunity.

Pros

Great Product Offering although often over engineered and expensive, no real customer focus.

Cons

Short Term vision and really bad Transfer pricing Policy forcing employees to question whether they do work for a socially responsible company.
