Since the hiring of the new CEO and bringing back other new “leadership”, the company has seen a sharp decline in sales and culture. Pushing out some great leaders with amazing skills and experience and replacing them with nobody or people with no team management skills or capabilities for the roles. What used to be a great place to work is now a nightmare. Constantly shifting goal posts and deadlines. Teams forced to put in massive amounts of overtime and all-nighters with little to no thanks. Their new strategy for marketing is copy what looks pretty from other company’s websites and media and hope it works. (Spoiler alert it hasn’t) Instead of giving any sort of real feedback and direction it’s always “I don’t like it”. They’re panicking because of massively dropping sales numbers and hoping to solve it with constant and confusing promos for their distributors.

Salaries are not very competitive with the market. Benefits could be better
