      I have been working here for the last 3 years, and it's my second home. This company is the most secure and safest workplace for all employees, especially the female employees who have been provided with ultimate work flexibilities to ensure the employees' work-life balance.

      Pros

      I have been working at Xynotech for the last 3 years in the Department of Finance. I am having a great experience here, every one is so cooperative specially HR department. They treat their employees in a very friendly manner. Working with Xynotech is the best example of work life balance as they always prioritize employee convenient over job.

      Cons

      Till now, I cannot specify any manger cons of working in Xynotech as perfection is not the part of professional life.
