-There are more negative minds especially among most of the old timers. Just asking for assistance becomes a hassle. -You will find fake individuals -Sales teams signup big clients and the company ends up taking on a bigger load with limited resources

- A lack of proper management in almost all departments - Terrible company morale - A lot of fake individuals - Huge egos almost everywhere - Unwillingness to help others, even asking for advice can be extremely troublesome and you may have to go through barriers of management just to get an answer for a question - A limited amount of proper resources for all projects big and small. - Unreasonable deadlines for projects
