      The marketing material will make you feel like you're making a positive impact.

      Cons

      Excessive turnover, almost none of the employees I started with are still employed here. Every time I turn around someone else is gone. We say we're all about taking care of others but we don't even take care of our own employees. Cold leadership, they made me feel great during the interview process. Haven't talked with them since.

      The clients we get to support are incredibly inspirational, each with a mission, values, and culture that makes the world a better place. In addition to working with amazing clients and supporting values-driven candidates, we get to unite the right people with the right jobs in the right companies. That equation creates value for everyone and helps organizations and businesses succeed. Our teams are collaborative and dynamic. Each day brings interesting new challenges. Leadership is incredibly supportive. Tons of room for professional development and career growth.

      Cons

      We're a young organization and growing quickly. The environment is great if you're comfortable with ambiguity and willing to work both hard and smart. If you need lots of structure or get bothered when things change (to make them better) this won't be the place for you.
