We continuously work to improve this balance and ensure that every employee feels supported in their role.
Our HR team is dedicated to building a fair, respectful, and transparent workplace where everyone feels heard. In this case, we worked on various performance improvement plans and invested significant effort, flexibility and time to address both behavioral and performance issues. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the issues persisted, and after much consideration, we ultimately decided to part ways.
While we strive to make every hire a valuable addition to the team, we recognize that not every hire will be a good fit, and we learn from these experiences to improve our processes. We regret that your experience didn’t align with our values, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
