Pros

Uncapped commission with accelerators = unusually high income potential for top contributors. Total freedom to run your own portfolio, negotiate your client terms, work remotely and travel at your discretion. Exceptional medical benefits and work-life balance. No nonsense, low red-tape culture. Flat org structure with quick decision making and direct open communication. This place is great for competitive sales professionals, who thrive in an independent self-starting. Great support from back office team.

Cons

This place is not suitable for people who are less independent and need teams around them.

Pros

None to speak of at this time

Cons

Lack of mentorship and career progression. Culture is quite gossipy and the lack of HR makes it difficult to report mistreatment and unwanted romantic attention from certain staff.
