Pros

- Learn to sell - Somewhat positive work environment

Cons

- Every review you've seen about this company except for this one is fake. - No respect for employees health or wellbeing - No work-life balance whatsoever. Terrible hours - Commission pay is a scam to save the company more money. Not for you to make more money. - Speaking of the commission pay, you will make less than minimum wage for much harder labor and mental intensive work - Work conditions are the worst I've ever seen. They drop you off in the middle of nowhere for 10 hours a day to wander around with no access to food, water or a bathroom. - Dealing with rude customers and negativity constantly - The opening meetings are a daily waste of time where you don't get paid for 2 hours. You just sit there. - They lie and boast about massive rewards that are impossible to reach such as trips abroad and crazy promotions. - They lie about how all the employees are fine picked from a large group of people, however they are constantly begging for new employees via social media and ad websites.

Hey, we appreciate your feedback and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
Our commission structure (in addition to our newly updated salaries and full benefits plan) is described in detail during the interview process, and the opportunity with the role financially is evidenced on our Instagram page (@YESA.inc) - however, we take responsibility for not making it clear enough to you how you were to succeed in the position, during your interview process. The role (learning about business and sales through both live mentorship + sales rallies, as well as real-world customer interactions via residential door-to-door sales), though very remunerative for many, is not a fit for everyone and we understand that. We do regret that we were not able to assist you better to qualify for one of our bonus trips or promotions, and we wish your experience could’ve been better. In any case, we wish you the best of luck in your next endeavours.

Pros

Good luck if you're into this.

Cons

- They consider work-life balance an offensive term, 46+ hours/week is bare minimum. - Backwards useless attire rules (some even mentioning that people have to "dress according to their gender at birth"). - Prepare to feel like in military schools, you're told to do push ups and such if you "fail" on your sales. - Insufferable loud music blasting on office at all times. - Arriving on time is onsidered late, do it 3 times and you're fired (and yes, there is a roll call each morning).
