      • Diverse challenges. Not a single day is the same. • Work with very smart and capable team members. • Opportunity to share new ideas and deliver on them. • Products are superior in the market.

      Cons

      • A lean team means wearing many hats and getting involved in the granularity of certain tasks. • Always "chasing our tail". There is not enough time to work on things in advance. The ideal scenario is to be proactive vs. reactive.
