      There is No pros at all

      Cons

      Very old school company with old seafood. Toxic culture which not friendly to new staff. Management is suck. Benefit is not that good compare to other insurance company. That’s why the turnover rate keeps being so high. Not a good company to learn and growth

      Pros

      The company is very busy so you will be assigned duties before you have learnt how to complete them. It indeed pushes you to solve problems independently. Another advantage of it is that you will be exposed to different types of duties due to shortage of workers. It makes you learn things in a short period of time.

      Cons

      The company is busy, while there is no OT allowance. You always have to OT to get things done. The package is not competitive neither.

      Nice users are nice and willing to share their insurance knowledge. good place to learn life insurance products

      Cons

      Poor management: Management always change their direction Bi-weekly! Old school culture: need to mark "OT" hours and compare your OT hours with other colleagues. Lower 20% salary for the same role in the market
