      Cons

      Everything. Never worked in such a toxic workplace, the managers want to micro manage everything, they bully you constantly and take zero responsibility over their mistakes and then try to blame others. Additionally, every decision takes forever because it has so many layers of approval.

      Tolle Mitarbeiter, Einblick in unterschiedlichste Abteilungen, sehr breites Aufgabengebiet

      Cons

      Mitarbeiter:innen werden nicht geschätzt, schlechte Aufstiegschancen, Gehaltserhöhung nur im März möglich und dafür muss man sehr kämpfen - kein Inflationsausgleich, unstrukturiert, Mikromanagement, alles immer Last Minute
