      YHI Power Australia NOT worth staying!

      Pros

      Nice and friendly colleagues Financially stable company

      Cons

      -Low pay however it has a good commision incentive for sales. -Very Poor Top management skills. Only looking at gross profit nothing else. -Commission incentive is making the organization messy. Everyone must compete internally in order to survive. Everyman for himself style. -Carrying heavy product is part of the daily job. -Does not follow YHI corporate culture and values. I bet no one knows about it. -There are good managers however they have no voice and power to change.

      Daniel the branch manager is easy going as long as everything gets done

      Cons

      expectations are unrealistic, internal sales people & warehouse staff get heavily underpaid compared to everyone else. Bullying approach to having staff get work done.

      Little stress pertaining to decision making as all major decisions are made for you. Stable company with a stable paycheck Little room for mistakes as one just needs to follow instructions Top management is very capable

      Cons

      Little room for planning and innovation as there is little encouragement for change. Inflexible work hours as there always seem to be a shortage of manpower Everything in house where management expects employees to do everything Out-sourcing is taboo There is limited value that an employee can add to the company thus shrinking self-esteem issues Sucking-up culture is very common so as to get ahead
