At least 90% of the people I met during my first 3 months on the job, had left the company. Anyone who decides to work there should be prepared to deal with complete lack of support from the company. No matter what is promised at the interview, there won't be any budget for marketing, or promotions. Most of the people give up on trying to be active very early on. The worst part of the job is dealing with the CEO and his wife lack management skills and work ethics.

Unless you're extremely desperate and a zen master you should avoid working here at all costs. Don't believe the promises and benefits, they will not be fulfilled. Don't believe the stories of it being an innovative and global company, it is not. You may be offered a generous salary, but sacrifice a higher salary for a better environment, you'll be much better off. The company is run by two people that do not know how to run a company, they do not care about their employees happiness and they do not care about your creativity, knowledge, or experience. They only care about giving the false image that it is a progressive, global, innovate company. If you are working in the International Marketing Team you will be working alongside some great people in a team that is unfortunately dictated by an inexperienced sociopath that is incapable of understanding basic human emotions. There is no transparency or honesty, you have to find out through office rumors of potential (very important) changes in the company. There is arguments every week between employees because everyone is so tense and depressed working there. There is no trust in employees and they lose great talent because of this. I could go on and on and on, but I won't. Just avoid this place, it will drain you of all joy and you will lose the will to live.
