Favoritism of some employees, mainly foreign workers. If you an american, which maybe makes up 10% of their workforce, you will be treated like a child by HR. Management was not an issue but HR is full of DEI hires that want to prove a point that they are woke! They will be calling and checking any doctors notes that you give them and verifying anything that you say, 3 times over and if they find one questionable thing or cannot verify something because of their or someone elses error, you will be fired immediately! Also they tell you that you are allowed 4 points and after 90 days you get more. WRONG! If you reach 4 points on your probationary period, they will fire you! So if you are never sick, late, or fart, this is the job for you!! Otherwise a waste of time, go work somewhere else that isnt run by DEI karens!!!
