I began my career at the YMCA Retirement Fund and spent seven years there. The leadership actually cares about staff and career development. They always look to promote from within when possible. Coworkers in the customer service/processing departments are amazing, humble people. The only reason I left is because of an opportunity with an organization that perfectly aligned with my passions/goals. But otherwise, I would have happily spent my entire career at YRF!
