Pros

no Pros. Human rights lawyers should investigate companies like this

Cons

Excessive Workload: we are burdened with overwhelming amount of tasks and projects, leading to extended working hours and constant pressure to deliver results. Long Hours: Working long hours (14 - 18) , including nights and weekends, is the norm to meet tight project deadlines or address urgent issues. NO Work-Life Balance: The demands of the job can make it impossible to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. Pressure to Perform: There is a constant expectation to meet aggressive targets, complete tasks quickly, and achieve impossible productivity levels, at the expense of quality. Unclear Expectations: We are facing unclear or constantly changing expectations, leading to confusion and added stress. Inadequate Compensation: Despite the demands, compensation doesn't match the effort and commitment required, no paid overtime Limited Opportunities for Growth: career growth and skill development are on the back seat due to the focus on immediate tasks and projects. Lack of Employee Voice: We are not allowed to have any input into any decisions regarding our work at which we are experts

Thank you for your feedback and we’re disappointed that you didn’t have a more positive experience. We appreciate you highlighted that we have fully remote roles. We support a hybrid and full work from home environment across the company where special security clearance is not required. We would also like to highlight that we do offer benefits, have a strong employee retention rate, and are committed to living our values of We Care, Learn & Grow and Stronger Together. Should you wish to discuss your feedback in more detail, we’d love to have a conversation.

Pros

Lots of room to improve and excel, ability to transfer internally, scaling with them tremendous rythm

Cons

Mindset still needs to change, stubbornness of high management leeds to frustration, got to have strong stomach to withstand the pressure
