You have no big chances to enhance your skills. Usually the head of your team is taking all the decisions and your opinion doesn't really matter. No communication between employees there. They are friendly, but the work atmosphere does not allow/support friendships and communication. No flexible working times and Homeoffice was almost impossible before pandemic. You will need to pay for the Coffee or drink a bad one.

My personal experience: extreme micro managing depending on your manager, very little exchange between departments, two departments were even competing, no clear vision, profit > humanity, the top management seemed to be quite resistant to consultation, so that my job often consisted in implementing things as instructed, no opportunities for personal development, no flexible working hours, no remote work, no diversity and also no ambition to introduce diversity, plain and boring office space, not even a single plant in the office because CEO would not approve.
