Pros

•Decent office surroundings and environment. •HMO, Group Life Insurance and Emergency Leaves are given on the first day •Seminars/team-building/payday treat •Fixed weekends off

Cons

•Zero work life balance •Too many cost cuttings - no OT pay, no MS Office, incentive schemes have gradually decreased over the years, some paid/licensed necessary working tools will not be renewed anymore. •Contradicting departmental goals - each departments are competing with one another. Hence, there are too many roadblocks in achieving your individual and team goals. •Unreasonable + extremely strict targets and KPIs - the upper management tries too hard to impress clients even if their demands are impossible to fulfill (they won’t bother to calibrate with the clients - Yes Man indeed). Also, even if you need to go on a vacation/sick leave, your targets and numbers has to be completed regardless (even on Holidays). You also have to accept that you’ll be reprimanded as always for the things you have zero control with. •No proper trainings for new employees - you are expected to master each and everything of your tasks at the onset of your work whether you are experienced or not. •Mediocre salary for internal/HQ-based employees - even though the office is located in BGC, they will pay you below market-rate salary (or less than what you really deserve). On top of that, your salary won’t compensate how difficult and complex your tasks are. •Full of Politics and really heavy on Personal Interests •Emotionally abusive superiors

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns with us. We are saddedened to hear that despite our efforts to promote work-life harmony, you still felt that it wasn't present, and we sincerely apologize for that. Our HR Department recently launched new work life streams, and we hope this will boost our work-life balance initiatives. Feedbacks like yours matter to us, which is why we also recently conducted an Employee Satisfaction Survey, so we know how we can further improve our work environment and employee engagement activities. As for the KRAs and KPIs, while we strive to evolve along the changing times, we see to it that our performance management system remains reasonable. However, we will still look into your concern to make sure our goals are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. For Yondu's salary scheme, we are working to give every Yondude the best compensation package that they deserve, all factors considered. Rest assured that we strengthening these efforts to ensure that everyone is adequately compensated for their hard work and dedication. We welcome your feedbacks with an open mind, and will use them to provide more value not just for our clients but employees as well. Pros

Remote to hybrid work setup

Cons

Toxic director, manager, and leads. Bullying and backstabbing each other and other employees. Micromanagement at its finest really shows how incompetent they are, especially the Talent Acquisition Director, Manager, and Leads. I suggest terminating them and replacing them; that department will not be healthy and grow anymore as long as they're the ones who handle it. One of their practices is to monitor your endorsements every day and check on you every day. The sourcing channel is only JobStreet; if you will not hit your endorsement for a week, you need to report onsite. Most of them have no voice with the top management; they are just following orders, saying yes, and not thinking at all. If you raise any concerns or suggestions with them, they will take it personally and find a way to treat you badly. The compensation, benefits, and incentives are not really good. Those incompetent director and manager are just a display and getting all the credits.
