Nice coworkers. Office next to mcdonalds to eat yourself out of misery.

Cons

Where do I begin Micromanagement to the extreme. Management super rude and will not listen to anyone below them. Lied to about pay rises, promotions. Poor service as staff not getting paid properly(commisions are inaccuarate) and expected to do silly hours that wouldnt be legal for little over minimum wage . Dont expect to be paid more if you hit target as management will lie and change the targets coveniently so ignore ote's. Lied to in Interview about pay. One big lie throughout my time here

Nice clean office Parking spaces available also a free shuttle bus to the station. Free fruit in the Office. Some of the management are really nice.

Cons

- you never recieve your bonuses. -Targets are ridiculous. -you have to work weekend shifts every other week. - at the interview stage they say it's no hard sales but it is hard selling over the phone. -never get praised for the hard work you put in. - things change all the time as its a new company still testing the waters. - sometimes you have to take on extra work load but still get paid crap!!!
