I worked at YOU Agency for two years in the client services marketing team. The integrated nature of the agency is really strong, with people from all teams (Marketing, PR, Media, Social and Creative) working closely together to produce excellent work for well established clients. The Senior Management team value their employees and offer many training opportunities and frequent reviews, assisting in setting individual goals to progress professionally. The environment is very fun with exciting social events organised throughout the year. There is a mix of people from lots of different backgrounds and cultures making it a truly diverse workplace.

As my first job within the marketing industry, You Agency provided the perfect introduction to all things advertising. As a small agency, I was exposed to an array of opportunities and I learnt a huge amount in a short space of time. My department manager and director were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, allowing me to grow in confidence and ability during my time at the agency.
