Management doesn't listen to the employees; management does not interact with staff unless they want/need something; employees are viewed as dollar signs instead of people; there is an obvious distinction between corporate employees and those hired for the contracts. Program Managers tend to not be knowledgeable of the work for the contracts they oversee
