If you believe you cannot work in a competitive environment and can only survive by being a puppet to your supervisors and If you are ready to sacrifice your whole career without expecting any perks like increment or recognition, This is the best place for you till your retirement.
Cons
You cannot work anywhere after entering here, It's a dead end you should either sit tight till your retirement by pleasing your managers and dont think about learning anything new or being creative at work, there is no room for that here, Best place to work if you have a slave mindset and dont expect any self respect
