Good place for fresh grads

Pros

As long as one is willing to try, opportunities will be given. It is a good ground for fresh grads or people who want to switch industries in it's entirety. Depending on who you meet/work with, people here are generally nice.

Cons

With that being said, you will need to be one of the favourites or to be seen (either by the family or C-level) in order for those opportunities to be given. Scarce manpower will not be a valid reason for hiring, unless the team literally is swamped till they about to die. Everything is about how "seen" you are by the company, not necessarily subjective to the work. Once you're no longer deemed 'useful' or 'good-boy/girl' employee, you're kinda forgotten.
