Cons
The organization's appearance for being an employer who values equality is nothing less than deceptive. They want power over you rather than empower you. Leadership is an illusion where using scripted words like "let me know how I can support you" which really means don't bother me with any concerns, and to tread lightly - make minimal impact and be mindful that people are not there to support one another. Prevention means turning a blind eye until disruption occurs and reactions are swift and ruthless. Intervention means fall out of line and we'll make life difficult for you and then expect you to "deal with it". It's an unhealthy, toxic environment. Not safe and equitable. Is a job really worth unnecessary stress that disrupts work life balance and impending failure due to lack of support. Not for me.
