      Pros

      Good if you are bored at home and dont want to go home then you can join.

      Cons

      This company is very bad in management. They will force you to work from 10am to 2am in the night. 4 out of 5 days you have to work late nights. Hard work doesnt matter, all matters is you have to be close to HR. No support to career growth.

      Worst company to work for no work ethics are followed,they treat there employee as slave's.please do not join this company even in worst situation......

      They are signed commitment period for 3.6 years . You can't break this bond in any condition.

      Pros

      I joined 14 months ago. I must say my experience has been great. It is a different type of fun to work for a product where what code you write is being used by 10000 business users. I used to work for a services company earlier , took a bit of time to adjust to the new culture which is very fast moving and highly result oriented. As a techie there is nothing more pleasurable to design things your self to know real customers (currently 1000+) will be using Vs my past life where I was just working on maintenance.

      Cons

      Really there is nothing much that I can point of. Office is little small but I cant complaint about that. Work hours are not too bad if you commit right and deliver than you can have normal work hours with once in a while weekend. I heard it used to be lot worse. I am writing to tell my friends from service industry, this is a different culture but it has a joy which I never felt when I worked there. Join only if you want to work on something cool, very difficult to not
