some time the decisions take long time as there are multiple layers which is not a big issue as these situations are minimal

Yahoo provide a very comfortable work environment and learning experience . IT feels like home to be working in yahoo and hence never feel the work pressure. IT takes care of its employees and gives them eh best treatment.

Cons

There are no downsides that i have experienced so far.

Excellent place to work. I love the work environment and the flexible work timing. They also provide good facilities and make it very convenient for the employee to work at. you get many benefits such as transport, good food, Mac book, i phones etc. I am so lucky to work with an amazing team and a wonderful manager. Overall it is an AMAZING place to work.

Cons

I don't like this contract system. I didn't have any problem with Yahoo but my Vendor troubled me a lot and at one point i even thought of quitting the job though i love my work because of the troubles i get from my vendor.
