Great product line including top of the line lawn and farm equipment. The future is in internet-enabled agriculture devices, and Yakabod is leading the way. As soon as the engineers gave me a demo of their new bluetooth-controlled combine harvester, I was sold on the technology.
Cons
The lack of bathroom stall doors was creepy, and teams are not motivated by day-old artisanal coffee and leftover ham.
They hire good people that are willing to put up with a lot. The office is really cool and gives off a good, friendly vibe.
Cons
The technology is older than dirt and you have to twist management's arm to set foot into the 21st century. Change is a 4 letter word at Yakabod, but so is quality control so they kind of shoot themselves in the foot there. Employees may be frustrated but they're treated ok, it's the customers that get the raw deal in the end.
Yakabod's leadership promotes success and health through prayer, and it's amazing! Only God can keep diseases out of the conference room and I thank the management at Yakabod for keeping the office going during the so-called "pandemic". The name of the company is hebrew for "glory of God" and it shows in how the owners promote the word of God to their employees and customers. God shines his light on the work that Yakabod does. The product is helping the clients get their work done and get closer to God, and I thank God for giving me the chance to work there.
Cons
High attrition rate for some reason. I prayed for those who left.
