Pros

There were a handful of really solid people I enjoyed working with. Fun clients.

Cons

Be ready to work late nights/50+ hours a week without management caring to blink an eye about it. Head of Client Services was Jekyll & Hyde; comes off smiley and willing to grow a strong department but turns his behavior on the flip of a switch.

Pros

There are so many great, talented and fun people. Yamamoto is good at hiring smart people who get along well and work hard. The coworker culture is strong, in person and remote. Almost everyone cares about the craft, and the creative work reflects that. It’s small enough that people can work in a variety of disciplines.

Cons

Consistent understaffing/overworked employees. Pleasing the parent company and making numbers are more important than employees having a decent work/life balance, and valid concerns are dismissed depending on the person raising them.
