Pros

Clean facility. Good product line.

Cons

Management says one thing during interview and does another once hired. HR department is not forthcoming on intentions and unprofessional. Service and Apps teams are a mess in Illinois area and they run the show, regardless of management or lack of. Beware of this company, don't trust them.

Pros

can’t really find too many pros other than it’s a Job

Cons

you had to pull out every bit of information pertaining to the job. They are not forthcoming with anything. There was no gas reimbursement like their ad says. They want you to take responsibility for their company , they don’t take responsibility for it themselves. This is the biggest problem. You’re watched every minute. Just like the other glass door entry’s say, your Quota will be unachievable. The officers in the company basically ignore you. You don’t really exist to them. they take every opportunity to brow beat you into submission ,

Pros

Product line is high quality. People are generally easy to work with.

Cons

Turnover for sales is high. 401k benefits are not that good. The company match starts after 6 months and you are only fully vested after 5 years. Not a lot of PTO either. Health insurance kicks in after 60 days instead of immediately. Other places I have worked have much better benefits and immediately vest 100% of 401k and provide way more PTO. Also, during Covid they reduced headcount by 30% across the board after only 6 weeks. Made for low moral and more anxiety. It was not that enjoyable to continue working there after that. Some of the managers also have weird anger issues they need to address. It’s also a male dominated environment so there are a lot of sexist and racist jokes tolerated.
