Pros

Somewhat if u can call it as experience on the resume?!

Cons

- Toxic office politics, very Chinese office dynamic, which means higher seniority has more power on you. And they often don’t listen and play favorite. - Managers has no personal boundaries, will ask you personal, dating life questions constantly to a point made you uncomfortable. I once was asked if I find someone in the same office any sexual, which is highly unprofessional and inappropriate in a work place. And of course HR didn’t do anything about it. - literally no one speaks English. So if you just want a experience on your resume and in and out for an internship or short term, please turn away. This company will wear out your English skills. They only speak Chinese. All my professional terms and language from US college are English and I had to translate all of them in Chinese, and the manager has the same education as mine couldn’t understand all the English terms, which is shocking to me. Her English is so bad that she wasn’t able to make a doctor appointment on the phone. - Many employee are Chinese international students like me and looking for H1B sponsorship. Please look out. They will drag you delay till your OPT dry out and then intentionally make excuses and won’t sponsor H1B for you. Many coworkers were forced to go back to China eventually without any choices. So if you are planning getting H1B in the States, please look away because Yamibuy will only waste your time. - Yamibuy often scammed Chinese students into free internship. They will be posted as paid internship at first then when those students accepted offer, suddenly they changed to unpaid. And I have seen those poor kids already turned away other offers and had no choices. Such a awful and shady behavior of Yamibuy! I hope you will pay, remember god has eyes.
