Macbooks for everyone Nice work environment

Cons

No help from seniors, they are too occupied or busy with their own stuff. Poor transparency from management, one day everyone's told no more layoff...and suddenly after week layoffs happen No HR dept People are hired with no reason and fired with no reason Working is like fire fighting Company lacks IMHO vision
