Hopefully most people would agree we’re kind, ambitious people on a worthwhile mission (to make ‘deskless’ organisations more communicative and effective)
Cons
Whilst we try to be as transparent as possible, the pace of change can be disorientating sometimes

Yapster has all the key components of a great company - positive atmosphere, a close-knit team, opportunities for personal development and a strong leadership team that is always approachable.
Cons
Small growing pains from being a start-up to a scale-up but nothing the teams couldn’t manage.
