Ok money. Housing provided. Don't have to do much work as the place is never running.

Cons

Terribly constructed plant with issues that will keep it shutdown more than it will be running for many years to come. No career development opportunities or ability to have external training.

Pros

Team colleagues were great to work with. Very Interesting industry to have been apart of. Met some wonderful individuals through various parts of the job and being apart of Yara.

Cons

No job progression due to management. Poorly run office due to management change - morale suffered. Poor communication in every aspect. Extreme expectations on “normal” workers. No respect.
