Pros

-Sexy Client roster and work -Good for portfolio building if you can swallow your pride and enjoy working every weekend

Cons

Not sure where to start as this was the single most miserable environment I've encountered in my entire career. The owners are incredibly insecure and paranoid, desperately pitching for the next client fix and allowing current client relationships to crash and burn in the process - causing a vicious cycle of PITCH > WIN > EXECUTE > RUIN RELATIONSHIP > REPEAT. Its a machine that chews up new creative meat, sucks them dry of any creative ideas they may have, and then spits them out. Creatives out of school are lured in by a sexy client roster and false sense of an inclusive "cool" hipster environment. Low pay and laughable bonuses serve to line the pockets of the never-satisfied and joyless co-founders of this miserable organization.

Pros

The work hours are ok ;for being advertising) and there are some decent snacks in the kitchen. That’s about it

Cons

Agree with previous comments. Everyone is unhappy and underpaid, trying to get out as quickly as possible. HR is the worst I’ve experienced in my career - unprofessional and manipulative. Few opportunities, and no room from promotions. Very hostile environment, management do little to nothing for their employees.

Pros

A place small enough to have autonomy and work on multiple projects.

Cons

A place small enough that there isn't too much growth.
