Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Yarra Trams full-time
Pros
Free PT. Diverse workforce. Actively recruiting for a 50/50 gender split. Management are approachable compared to other companies. Other drivers are mostly friendly. Pay is decent. Secure job into the future. Stress is mostly self inflicted. Just drive safely, follow procedures, don't worry about being late too much.
Cons
Long shifts. Excessively long unpaid meal breaks. Creative rostering to avoid paying split shift allowances. Rostering with little thought of fatigue management. Passengers will yell/swear/spit at you. Sedentary job. Huge sacrifice to private life. No support from the company in maintaining physical health with initiatives such as fitness passport. Modern company still with an old way of doing things.
