YASAR doesn't honor contractual promises, not for salaries, vacation time, return tickets, etc. Classroom management is not allowed. Students are on cell phones all the time Curriculum is a throwback to the 1950s

Location, employees are friendy, support reseach from time to time, shifts, pay 8 TL for lunch, halfday offs every week,

Cons

Low salary, dead-end job, no time for MA, inadequate annual leaves like 15 days, salary starts from 2.200 whereas it at least 3.500 in other schools
