Not much. you get to learn on the online industry, but you can do it in a nicer company than this one!
Cons
Alot ! Salary - lowest you can expect from long hours you will put Senior Management - terrible and doesnt show leadership Middle Management - can yell and shout if your late or dont stay long hours Long hours- 9 to 8 every day. youd also be expected to work on weekend Work life balance - no such thing! Motivation - they will look very nice at the beginning. one month in the job and your motivation will be at the lowest ever Career opportunities - there are, but its just not worth the effort with such bad management Compnay's future - hopefully, nowhere
