Pros
I have been working in Yectra since 2020. In the past three years company did a lot for me, not only for me to the entire family of the yectra. Employees well being is far most important for the company. We people working here with full freedom, no fixed time, all we need to do is 8hrs of productivity per day with flexible time mostly in a day time(but need to be available whenever team members required in a day time). Our company encouraging us to do more learning and helping us to do certifications. Especially for the freshers, our company giving more opportunities. For health and wellness our company provided health insurance(optional) for the employees and their families.
Cons
Only downside is we have many people working from home, so that we cannot connect with the team as like the office environment.
