I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Yedla Management Company, and I cannot stress enough how terrible this experience has been. The company is being driven into the ground by its abhorrent leadership, specifically the VP of Operations and the VP of Accounting. These individuals epitomize everything that is wrong with corporate management. Firstly, the financial instability of Yedla Management is alarming. The company is teetering on the brink of collapse, and it’s clear that the VPs are more concerned with their own interests than the well-being of the business. Their financial mismanagement and lack of foresight are catastrophic, making it a nightmare for anyone involved. The company culture is equally dreadful. It is an environment rife with toxicity, deceit, and vindictiveness. The VP of Operations and VP of Accounting are not just incompetent—they are vengeful and unethical, creating a hostile atmosphere that stifles any chance of professional growth or job satisfaction. Their deceitful tactics and unethical behavior are not just harmful but downright dangerous for the future of the company and its employees. The leadership at Yedla Management is the worst I have encountered in my professional career. They are deceitful, manipulative, and vengeful, leading with an iron fist and zero integrity. It is evident that they prioritize their personal vendettas over the success of the company and the well-being of their employees. In conclusion, I strongly advise against any association with Yedla Management Company. The leadership is appalling, the company is financially unstable, and the culture is toxic. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. They are a sinking ship led by vengeful and unethical individuals who have no regard for anything but their own twisted agendas.

Pros

I did learn a lot from my General Managers. Some of the people were great to work with.

Cons

Out of touch ownership. Make rash decisions without thought to staff or consequences to guests. Ownership ran property into the ground. Many empty promises and plans made for professional growth, then never followed through on. Among lowest wages in hospitality in the area. Benefits are horrible and not affordable.... (worst plan coverage to be compliant with new laws) 401k,,,,after 1 year....NO MATCH!

Sadly, there are no pros for this company.

Cons

Everything. Hourly team members make minimum wage and that is all they will ever make; the company will not give hourly team members a pay increase. The health inspector was there weekly because of mold and mildew complaints. Hotel was condemned and shut down-the police department came and knocked on the guest doors notifying them they had to vacate the premises because the hotel had been condemned by the city-embarrassing!!!
