NONE! WORST CEO EVER. DONT EVEN TALK ABOUT IT!

Cons

Plenty! To start off with, they "had" an amazing team. The CEO and Co - founder claims to be nice person but actually they are ill hearted. They are a source of negative vibes. So here comes to what they generally, anybody who leaves this company gets to amazing places, just in case they do during background check rather than letting employees grow, they would try possible ways to spoil it by giving bad feedbacks. They are that toxic in their mind. Their life revolves around "How to spoil previous employees life". If you are self learner, please learn at home rather than going elsewhere. Don't step yellowchalk, this is your Karma, your career will be over. Thankfully everyone who left did some good things in their past and they escaped out this toxic vibes but guys sincere advise not to do so.

I am so happy to share pros for YC as there are none but the good thing is they are good for nothing, THANK GOD! even being good at nothing is a task. :)

Oh, where to start from, have long long list like others and by others i mean real comments not fake comments like fun place to learn etc, if it would have been a fun place then why would there be such diversity in reviews, founder and co-founder don't even know how to put comments, now you can judge how much they know about management, design and betterment of employees and everything, trust me no one give bad reviews to anyone since no one cares but here others and me myself is taking out time just to give our "not so fake" reviews. Management, founder and whatever have only one work to do (yeah of course they do have work, c'mon guys) to put comments, since no one else ever will, to the all the employees out there, if you want to experience torture, discouragement, useless design solutions, 0 appreciation please you all are welcome to YC as when you will leave YC (haha which you definitely will ASAP) you will feel any other company in the world so much useful and productive. The owners make others work for no reason as there is no work and they torture, they think they know everything and pretend to guid, haha, but under their guidance whatever is created (since it would be a sin to say 'designed') client never approves that and they put all the blame on the employee, They have 0 trust on the employees (please someone ask, why?) and employees have 0 trust on them (hey we are ready with a list!). Guys jokes apart, short and simple its a bad place and it might close in some time and there will be no glass door account left.

- Friendly Management. - Good Infrastructure. - The workplace culture is incredible - A company that I have worked and continue to work for, where they truly value and care about you. -The positive work-life balance and fun young culture that goes with the company. -Freehand to do things and also no interference. The people here respect your views and ideas.

None. Even if you feel any cons here, company will work together to fix it!!
