Co-workers were great, tech is interesting(AI), decent pay and benefits for startup

Cons

Co-Founder won't let go of anything. Hires experienced talent, but doesn't listen to them. Communication was poor, and downright unprofessional at times. Seems like mindset is to get a buyout, not release quality SW.
